Brisbane Airport Parking
Brisbane airport has four official car parks. There is one multi-level at the international terminal and two multi-level at the domestic terminal, all of which are a short walk from the terminal buildings. The fourth is called Airpark, which is a ground level long-stay car park with a twenty-four-hour shuttle bus serving both terminals.
-
International Terminal - The car park at the international terminal is a three to five-minute walk from the terminal building and is accessed by a covered walkway. There are options for short-term and long-term parking, with long-stay recommended for anything over four hours.
The car park uses bay finding technology making it easy for users to find a space. There is a height limit of 2.3 meters, but vehicles over this height can enter via a different entrance to an open parking area. Rental car parking is on level one.
-
Domestic Terminal - The two car parks at the domestic terminal are P1, a three to five-minute walk from the terminal, and P2, a five to ten-minute walk, both with access via a sky bridge.
P1 has car rental parking on level one, short-stay parking on levels two to five and long-stay on levels six to nine. P2 is for long-term parking on all levels and can be accessed from P1. The height limit is 2.25 meters, but an open-air car park is available for over height vehicles.
-
Airpark - The Airpark is a single level, long-term car park with open and covered parking spaces with no height restrictions. This is the cheapest long-stay parking option. The shuttle bus runs every ten to fifteen minutes between 05:00 to 21:30, and approximately every twenty-five minutes at other times. The transfer takes five minutes.

Additional Parking Services

You drive to the valet office, hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you while you head straight to check-in. With "Parkvalet", you can choose an optional car wash service.
In P1, "Parkpremium" enables you to park in the most convenient spaces close to the sky bridge. This offers the fastest access to the terminal.
Off-Site Parking
An alternative to the airport's official car parks is off-site parking. Private companies offer parking facilities outside of the airport, which you book online in advance. A shuttle service is provided to and from the terminals.
There are different levels of this service, with covered and uncovered parking, secure fenced or open, CCTV surveillance, etc. You can compare these services and make a booking by completing the form at the top of this page.
When booking, ensure that the facilities are sufficient for your requirements. You can also book additional services such as meet & greet and car washing.
Finding the Car Parks
From the main access routes, follow signs for the airport and then domestic or international terminal. When nearing the terminals, look for the appropriate car park signs – P1, P2, Parkvalet, Parkpremium, etc.
Drop Off and Pick Up Zones
-
International Terminal - Passengers can be dropped off at the departures area on level four of the international terminal. For people with reduced mobility, there is space where drivers can wait for five minutes to drop off and pick up. Vehicles cannot be left unattended.
For picking up passengers, there is a new clearly signed pick-up area where drivers can stop for up to ten minutes. Drivers should wait until they know their passengers are ready to be picked up before entering this area. On entry, you need to take a ticket and if you stay longer than ten minutes, charges will apply, although you can enter as many times as you like.
-
Domestic Terminal - There is a drop-off and pick up area on the departures road at the domestic terminal but no waiting is permitted. However, for dropping off and picking up people with reduced mobility there are six spaces where valid badge holders can stop for thirty minutes.
For drivers picking up passengers, there is a waiting area adjacent to the P2 car park which is free for the first 30 minutes. Wait there until your passengers are ready at the pick-up point.
